Andrew Black

Andrew Black has performed from the stage of Carnegie Hall to the streets of Tokyo DisneySea. Favorite credits include the First National Tour of 42nd Street, White Christmas (Asst. Director, Asst. Choreographer, Dance Captain and the Swing for 9 years), Thoroughly Modern Millie, (Dance Captain and Graydon u.s. at the Gateway Playhouse), Tap Dogs, 42nd Street (Dance Captain and Swing for Randy Skinner) at the Westchester Broadway Dinner Theater, Freshly Tossed- NYMF (twice) for Ray Hesselink, Crazy Love (Barney and Asst. Choreographer) for the Off Square Theater in Jackson Hole, WY, and the “Dance for Cure” benefit in Johannesburg, South Africa. A founding member of the Turin Tap Festival in Turin, Italy, Andrew has choreographed over forty shows for schools and theaters in and around NYC. Currently he teaches Tap and Theater Dance classes at Steps on Broadway in NYC.
